If essential information is missing, Private Care BC may first send one clarification message with no more than two questions. No phone call is required. Private Care BC may check general details like availability with residences without identifying you; your details are shared only when you direct a next step.

Private Care BC provides information, options to consider, and questions to ask. It does not act as your direct care advisor, counselor, legal or financial advisor, medical or clinical advisor, placement advisor, or representative in negotiations with residences.

Private Care BC does not guarantee availability, pricing, suitability, care outcomes, inspection results, or acceptance by any residence.

Profile pages are starting points built from reviewed residence-published or public facts where available.

Current fees, availability, suite details, care package scope, staffing, medication support, and transition thresholds must be verified before relying on a profile for a family decision.

Residences, families, and readers can suggest source-backed factual corrections through the profile corrections process.

Families should verify information directly with residences, review applicable registry or inspection records, and seek professional advice where care, legal, financial, or medical decisions require it.

Do not use Private Care BC for emergencies or time-sensitive health changes. Contact emergency services or an appropriate health professional instead.

If you submit information about someone else, share only what is necessary for the request and only if you are able to share it on their behalf. Private Care BC may pause before residence contact when decision-making authority or capacity is unclear.

Private Care BC is a trade name operated by 1572035 B.C. LTD., a British Columbia numbered company, which is the entity responsible for this service.

Private Care BC is a commercial private-pay checking and introduction product. The current launch workflow is manual and does not sell requests through an automated marketplace, use automated profiling, or retarget families based on intake details.

Private Care BC does not share family contact details with residences unless the family asks for a step where Private Care BC contacts a selected residence, such as an availability check, tour request, or a specific question about that residence. If paid relationships with residences are introduced later, Private Care BC will disclose the relevant commercial relationship on its own surfaces before it affects a family workflow.

Submitting a request to Private Care BC does not authorize Private Care BC to share your details with a residence. Private Care BC asks separately before sharing information with a selected residence.

When you choose a residence-contact step, Private Care BC records the selected residence, the selected step, the consent wording version, and the time of consent.

You can withdraw residence-contact consent through the privacy contact form or hello@privatecarebc.ca. Private Care BC will stop sharing with residences unless you later give fresh consent for a selected residence and next step.

Privacy requests are handled through the Private Care BC privacy notice, the privacy contact form, or hello@privatecarebc.ca. Use that path for access, correction, deletion, stop-use, or privacy questions about information submitted to Private Care BC.
