Private Care BC is a private-pay senior living concierge for BC families. You tell us what you need; Private Care BC organizes the next questions, checks what needs confirmation, and keeps operator sharing under your control. It's free for families.
How it works

- 2Private Care BC organizes the request around the care, location, timing, and cost details you shared, and marks each option with a separate verification status.
- 3Complex cases receive human review before care options are shown or steps that would require contacting a residence move forward.
- 4You decide whether to save an option, ask Private Care BC to check availability, request a tour, or keep your details private.
Family promise
- Private Care BC is free for families.
- The intake flow organizes what you share, while sensitive or complex cases can be reviewed by a person.
- Care category, support needs, location, budget, timing, and family priorities come before any commercial relationship.
- Verification status is shown separately from how well an option matches what you shared, so a strong public-information option is not presented as confirmed.
- Consent comes before sharing. No residence receives your details unless you choose a next step that requires contacting a residence.
- Private Care BC does not sell your contact details into a bulk lead marketplace.
- Payment does not affect ranking.
- Future operator fees may exist, but they must not affect ranking or the family promise.
What we don't do

Independence
Our profiles are compiled independently from public registries and operator-published information. Private Care BC is an independent private-pay service, not a government program or health-authority service. Private Care BC is not affiliated with the operators we list, and anyone can suggest a factual correction.
Who we are
Private Care BC is operated by 1572035 B.C. LTD, a registered British Columbia company. We're a new, deliberately curated service covering assisted living communities, retirement communities, and care homes across our launch cities. We publish a community only after we've reviewed it, so our list grows carefully rather than scraping everything.
