Profile corrections

Help Private Care BC keep public profile facts accurate.

Private Care BC profile previews are independent, reviewed starting points. If an operator, family member, or reader sees a factual issue, Private Care BC wants a clear source-backed correction instead of guesswork.

Send factual correction requests to hello@privatecarebc.ca. Private Care BC reviews correction requests manually and may ask for a public source before changing a profile.

What Private Care BC Can Correct

Private Care BC can review factual profile details such as operator name, official listing status, source links, city, care category, and statements derived from operator-published information.

When a correction is accepted, Private Care BC should update the profile copy, source notes, structured data, and any affected sitemap or profile-review records together.

What To Include

Include the profile URL, the exact sentence or field that may be wrong, and a public source or operator document that supports the correction.

Do not send family lead details, resident medical information, private operator pricing sheets, or other sensitive records unless Private Care BC has explicitly requested a secure follow-up path.

What Private Care BC Will Not Add Without Review

Private Care BC will not publish current availability, pricing, staffing levels, care-package promises, inspection conclusions, or suitability claims unless they are reviewed and framed as current items to check.

Private Care BC will not add reviews, ratings, paid-placement claims, or urgency language to profile pages.
